Hotfix 3 - no glitches, just some visual clarity to hub world, ballingg

- noticed the rhythm of the game wasnt always being clearly conveyed, a lot of people were getting to the hub, and not really realizing that they need to enter the level selector, two new labels in that hub world will hopefully help with this.
