Fixed several bugs:
Fixed Walter's AI Fixed an achievement-related bug Fixed a bug where the best bathhouse attendants didn't work correctly ...and more minor issues.
Now the best guard cannot let thieves escape. Reduced the fire chance for the RK800 stove (but not removed completely). The electric stove can now be turned off (just click on it). Dr. Hater now also accepts men wearing panama hats (in addition to bald ones). Reduced the number of thieves.
