Revealing the price of Valor Mortis
Revealing the price of Valor Mortis
Greetings Soldiers,
We have had many discussions over the past year about the price of Valor Mortis. We believe the game has the quality, fidelity, and playtime in its 20-hour story to go toe-to-toe with many “full price” titles. Still, this Fall is stacked and there’s high demand for your time and money.
That’s why Valor Mortis is launching on October 13 at $39.99 | €39.99 | 149.99 zł.
Many of you have also asked us about pre-orders, but we want to let the completed version of our game do the talking. You’ll be able to buy it when you have a full picture of Valor Mortis’ quality, creativity and craft at launch. We think you’ll appreciate how we’re breaking new ground for Soulslikes and first-person action games.
The world of Valor Mortis has even more stories to tell. Today we’re announcing our Deluxe Edition. It will include a Major Story DLC, launching next year, and several cosmetic packs from now till then, for $59.99 | €59.99 | 199.99 zł.
We also have multiple free updates planned that will add more ways to enjoy Valor Mortis in the weeks and months ahead.
We want to thank you again for helping us build a game we’re extremely proud of. We can’t wait to share Valor Mortis with you on October 13.

Bringing Soulslike Combat to First-Person
In this video, we shared why our studio's history pushed us towards making first-person action games, from Ghostrunner to Valor Mortis. Creating a first-person Soulslike has been a big challenge, but it's one that we've wanted to achieve for a very long time. With demanding combat, winding exploration and intense boss fights, we've taken inspiration from many different games of the genre. Did you know that we are using dynamic FOV scaling to make huge bosses more readable in combat?
We welcome you behind the scenes at our studio in Krakow, Poland, in this new video with IGN. You can join the Valor Mortis community on Discord as we head to the final battle on October 13.
