Thank you everyone for reporting your bugs. Our plan is to continue to hotfix bugs each day but we are also working on some larger optimizations that we want to test more thoroughly on our end so we don't create more bugs in our attempts to improve. The goal is to keep going until you all can enjoy the game as it was intended. Here's what's in the works:
- Drawing optimizations and fixes
- Late game performance updates by limiting enemies, effects and damage numbers
- A physics overhaul that optimizes all interactions of spells and enemies
- Improved clarity and impact of meta-progression systems like tarot, potions, and scribing
- Balance changes to spells not just by changing numbers but changing tweaking behavior
- Map 3 and 4 fixes to map generation so you won't run into dead ends and be rewarded for exploring
- A way to gather information on how to collect ingredients
I'm focusing on the most impactful bugs first. I apologize for the issues my poor programming skills have created. I want y'all to be able to enjoy the game to it's fullest as soon as possible!
