This patch fixes:
- Fixed Sand at end of The Coast not being walkable
- Fixed issue where you could get damaged by your own Airhorn
- Fixed issue where you wouldn't get Special back if it was an in progress one like Anvil or Lawn Mower
- Fixed issue where Special Bar in UI wouldn't always turn yellow when you had special
- Fixed issue where force was affecting other players in Time Attack
- Fixed issue where client wouldnt leave party if they left a level by hitting exit to menu
- Fixed leaderboard ghost selection not working from pause menu
- Fixed leaderboard "select ghost" button not showing up in pause menu if player was using a leaderboard ghost
- Fixed Tutorial Letters Achievement not working
- Fixed Stickman Skin showing up on T.I.T.A.M ghost
