Dungeon Tells Hotfix and QOL Patch

Hey folks! Here is the first round of changes after the initial wave of feedback!

• Witch bug fixed (she bypassed passives)
• Prisoner's Gallery added for the heroes in each year available at the bottom left of the screen during gameplay (or by pressing P)
• Draw tool so you can scribble to your heart's content (D)
• Eraser tool to erase your scribble so you can scribble some more (E to toggle, Double right-click to erase everything)
• Use +/- to increase brush/eraser size.
• Increased the LVLs of heroes in Sleeping Betty by x10 to make them more distinct from their positions and less of a confusionfest

And thank you everyone who bought the game, your support has been amazing and will allow me to continue making more games in the future :)
