Dawnsbury Days 4.41 (item duplication hotfix, part 1)

Fixes that each time you win an encounter, all items in your hands and that you're carrying are duplicated.

I am extremely sorry for this regression which was introduced in yesterday's 4.40 update.

This patch will not remove your items from your inventory, it will just prevent further duplication. I am now working on a patch to fix existing inventories as well.
