FAQ Known issues and fixes + upcoming patches!
Hey everyone! To be completely transparent with you all before you purchase, we wanted to catalog the currently known issues and their workarounds plus our patch schedule to solve them! Please refer to the list below in case you are having issues with the game!
1. Keys not rebinding:
In some circumstances keys are not re-binding, the current fix is to simply... try binding it twice! We're investigating this but on specific keybinds simply attempting the binding twice or binding to a different key then binding it to they intended button (with some mouse buttons) will fix it.
2. Poor performance on the 1st Boss:

View on Steam ↗is a known fix to stop the frame-rate dropping whilst we work on a patch to optimize this level.
3. Rainbow Vertex Explosions on a subset of AMD GPUs:
Some models of AMD GPU's such as RX 9070 - have been experiencing high GPU load and vertex explosions upon killing an enemy, caused by the death blood particle effect. We're currently optimizing this effect, fixing some values that're un-clamped which is causing this issue. We don't currently have a workaround for this :( but we'd recommend holding off on purchasing the game until this is resolved.
4. Poor performance through Proton (On certain Linux distributions):
Some Linux distributions are experiencing VERY poor performance at the moment. In our next update the ability to use Vulkan will be implemented and is expected to smooth this out but for the time being performance might be poor on certain distributions.
All of these issues are expected to be fixed in our next major update, we don't currently have a timeline but we wanted to keep you all informed that we are aware and working to solve these bugs and give workarounds where possible.
