Event Details

• Complete the assigned pass requests during the event period to earn Pass EXP. Use this EXP to increase your Hero Pass level and receive rewards.
• Your pass level will increase by 1 each time you collect 100 Pass EXP. Excess EXP will be transferred to the next level.
• Basic rewards are given until Lv. 30. You may receive repeat reward boxes when your level increases from then on.

Normal rewards can be earned for free. Premium I and II rewards become available when you purchase the Premium Pass.

• You can claim the activated rewards using the Receive button. The reward mail sent to you is valid for 7 days after delivery.

Premium Passes and 1-Up Tickets can be purchased using NX or Airgead from the Hero Pass event screen.

• The Premium II Pass can only be purchased after purchasing the Premium I Pass. Each Premium Pass can only be purchased once per account.

Mission Details

• Normal requests are categorized into daily and weekly requests.
• Daily requests reset every day at 7:00 UTC. However, progress for requests you didn't complete is kept even after the reset time has passed.
• Your play count for weekly requests will be totaled every Tuesday at 7:00 UTC.

Each special request can only be completed once during the event, and there is no total count or reset.

You can fulfill requests using multiple characters within your account.

• Battle completion requests can be cleared through Solo Mode or by using Resenlian's Battle Completion Scroll. Completions on Hero+ Mode count as 2 battle completions.

• You can join this event on a per-Account basis.
• 1-Up Tickets can only be used until Pass Lv. 30. Premium Passes and 1-Up Tickets are used immediately upon purchase, and they can't be refunded.
• If you log in within 7 days after the event ends, active rewards you didn't claim will be sent to your account mailbox all at once. This mail is valid for 7 days after delivery, so please claim it within the time frame.
• Please note that event items (except for those specified as Account Shareable, or Can use Shared Storage) will be bound to the character who acquires them.
• Some reward items have an expiration date, so please check the item tooltip to use them within that expiration date. The event ends, and event-related items expire, at 07:00 UTC on the same day. Depending on the maintenance schedule for that day, your login access may be interrupted before that time. Please check the maintenance schedule, which will be announced separately, and allow plenty of time to participate in the event.
