1.4.1258 - Global Chat + Pause on Phones + Font Fixes

What's new:

• The chat is now shared across all servers
• Chat now shows message history, so you can see what was written before you joined
• Players' phones now show when the host pauses the game
• Phone screens no longer go to sleep while you're playing in the browser
• Support for newer emoji (Unicode 12+). Thanks to lilcarera for the report!

Bug fixes:

• Ukrainian and Kazakh letters now display correctly
• Right-to-left text (Arabic) fixes
• Kicking a player now works for everyone connected to the game
• Other fixes and improvements
• The question board is no longer too dark to read the question while a player is answering
