EZ2ON REBOOT : R 2.0 Public Test Server Launch
Ahead of the official 2.0 update, we are releasing a Public Test Server build with some of the upcoming changes applied.
The test server operates as a completely separate server from the live server.
User data on the test server is based on live server data as of August 16, 2026, 5:00 AM.
Any user data or settings changed on the live server after this point will not be reflected on the test server.
How to Access the Test Server
Right-click EZ2ON REBOOT : R in your Steam Library.
- Select Properties….
- Select the Betas tab.
- Under Beta Participation, select publictest_20 - Public Test 2.0.
To return to the live server, select Beta Participation → None from the same menu.
Important Notes
- Data changed or created on the test server will not be reflected on the live server.
- The test period has not been determined and may change depending on progress.
- Test server data and settings may be reset during the test period.
- Depending on testing progress, access may be restricted or the server may be temporarily shut down without prior notice.
- Changes available on the test server may be modified or removed in the final update.

1. Interface Overhaul
- Overhauled interfaces for BASIC, STANDARD, COURSE, MULTIPLAYER, and LOUNGE modes
- Improved readability in some areas by changing in-game fonts
- Added additional visual effects to parts of the interface
- Added visual effects for level and rating increases

2. GAMEPLAY SETTING Overhaul
Settings Navigation and Preview
- Settings are now categorized into PLAY, VISUAL, SOUND, INPUT, MULTIPLAY, and PRESET
- Added QUICK ACCESS for registering frequently used settings
- Added search by setting name or keyword, with quick navigation to matching settings
- Added previews for skins, notes, judgment effects, screen layouts, and other settings
- Added visual guides for RANDOM placement methods and FADER application ranges
- Moved some features previously available under System Options to GAMEPLAY SETTING

- When sorting by BPM, songs with BPM changes are sorted based on their highest BPM
- RATING TARGET: Once ratings have been fully assigned, patterns where improving your record can update your rating are marked when using rating-related categories or the Rating Available filter (BETA)
- RATED SONG: Marks songs currently contributing to your rating
Controls and Record Information
- Improved keyboard/controller controls for navigating the song list, selecting difficulty, and making random selections
