Commanders!
Update 2.4.1 comes with a new batch of map improvements.
- The Nebelburg location from Grand Battles is now available in Random Battles.
- Himmelsdorf, Ruinberg, Siegfried Line, Fisherman's Bay, and Overlord have undergone changes to expand tactical opportunities, improve balance between vehicle types, and deliver more engaging battles.
- The improved matchmaker substantially increases your chances of not seeing the same map during an average playing session.
Nebelburg Returns
The map's size has been reduced from 1,400 m × 1,400 m to 1,000 m × 1,000 m. Multiple areas (marked on the minimap below) have been changed to expand tactical opportunities and improve gameplay for all vehicle types.

Castle (1). The direction with its key point in the castle has been significantly reworked. New cover and terrain folds have been added to allow for various tactics and engagement ranges. The Nebelburg castle suits all vehicle types, especially heavy tanks.
Island (2). This new area allows fast vehicles (light or medium tanks) to spot opponents early and also assist adjacent flanks—for example, by moving to the heavies' flank in the castle or by supporting allies in the village.
Village (3). Controlling this area gives you the opportunity to secure the center and provide fire support to different flanks.
TD positions (4). These new positions near the capture circles in the southwest and the northeast allow you to control the central part of the map and cover allied vehicles.
Hills (5). Dense vegetation and varied terrain create various tactical options for light and medium tanks.
Late-battle routes (6). The terrain here has been modified to diversify gameplay in the second half of the battle.
Five Maps Reworked

Fisherman's Bay. The changes are aimed at improving interaction between vehicle types across the flanks—by adding new and varied positions and cover. Vegetation density has been reduced for some zones and increased for the area used by the southern team to approach the city blocks.
Siegfried Line. The terrain of the fields by the town has been reshaped, and those playing there will have more tactical options and chances for survival. The town wall now has more dents and breaches, which creates new lines of fire.
Himmelsdorf. The southern team gets a new position in the city to counter that of their opponents.
Ruinberg. Minor changes have been made in the urban area to adjust lines of fire and firing arcs.
Overlord. The changes aim to adjust the side balance, mostly by improving the positions of the northern team.
