Maximum Security Boyfriend is a dark comedy visual novel set inside a high-security prison where romance, chaos, and questionable decision-making collide.

You play as a new inmate trying to survive daily life behind bars while navigating strange relationships, absurd prison routines, and increasingly unstable situations. Nothing in this facility is normal, and that includes its staff, its inmates, and whatever passes for “security protocol”.

This is a fictional, satirical experience that blends dating sim mechanics with narrative-driven choices, where your decisions shape how relationships develop, how events unfold, and whether you manage to keep your sanity intact.
