About this game

The developer's description, from the game's Steam store page.

A wandering cultivator in tattered Taoist robes, you stray into a sealed forbidden scroll. Deep in the desolate Guo Bei Temple at midnight, ancient whispers intertwine with blue ghostfire, and beautiful yet dangerous uncanny beings watch you in silence...❤️‍🔥

🃏 Core Gameplay:

Deep deckbuilding: Collect cards from the four schools of Ghost, Demon, Immortal, and Fox. Adjust values, transform suits, add inscriptions, and forge a powerful deck of your own.

Technique upgrades: Upgrade techniques such as “Double Knock of the Returning Lantern,” “Four Calamities Converge,” and “Linked Tales of the Strange.” Different technique combinations can trigger powerful chains and special effects.

Singularity rewards and events: As you explore the ruined Guo Bei Temple, you will encounter all kinds of mysterious events.

Challenges and hidden tales: Branching maps, random events, and permadeath make every visit to the ruined temple a new trial and a gorgeous feast.
