About this game

The developer's description, from the game's Steam store page.

Here lies the original soundtrack recording for The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth.

Matthias Bossi and Jon Evans play everything, and when they can't, they do it anyway. Many guitars were maimed in the making of this. Drums were punished and voices scraped to the utmost. An analogue bull in the chip-tune china shop.

This soundtrack contains all music from The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, including all music tracks added in the Afterbirth, Afterbirth+, and Repentance DLC expansions. From haunting dirges to blood-pumping boss music, that's 65 killer tracks in all!
