About this game
The developer's description, from the game's Steam store page.
You open your eyes in a hospital that has no one else in it.
The only thing you cannot remember is why you came here.
You start walking, looking for a way out. The corridor stretches on, and every turn shows you the same hallway again.
Or does it? A doorway that wasn't there. A light that should be off. Footsteps that shouldn't exist.
Every chart, diary, and belonging you examine throughout the hospital looks slightly different each time — and slowly, an answer to "why am I here?" begins to take shape.
And when you finally turn around — something is already there.
Like standing inside a haunted house, all you can do is hold your breath, stay silent, and let its presence pass.
Key Features
- A Corridor That Never Ends
Explore a looping hospital corridor in first-person as you search for a way out. The hallway looks the same each time you walk it — until you notice it isn't.
- Stay Silent, Uncover the Truth
This isn't just about being scared. By examining medical charts, a patient's diary, and belongings left behind throughout the hospital, you gradually uncover the answer to "why am I here?" — combining the tension of a haunted house with the satisfaction of solving a mystery.
- A Horror That Reacts to Your Voice (Microphone Required)
This game requires a microphone. Staying quiet — holding your breath, keeping silent — is itself the core of the gameplay. The enemy can sense the sounds and your voice, causing it to approach, and even the brightness of the candle in your hand can change.
- A Short, Focused Horror Experience
Estimated playtime: 30 minutes to an hour. A tightly-paced horror experience you can fully enjoy in a single sitting.
Atmosphere & Setting
Your own footsteps echoing down an empty ward. A sound you can't quite place. The Falling Hospital is a psychological horror experience built around isolation, unease, and the slow, creeping dread of a place that refuses to let you leave — not fast-paced combat or scoring systems. Unarmed and alone, all the protagonist can do is observe, remember, and run.
