About this game

The developer's description, from the game's Steam store page.

Battle Your Exes. Disappoint Your Parents. Find Yourself.

The year is 199X. The power fantasy is BEING A ROMANTIC TRASHFIRE IN HUMAN FORM. The final boss? Your TERRIFYING GRANDMOTHER. It's about to get MESSY.

Outerloop Games presents Thirsty Suitors - a stylish, chaotic, heartfelt interactive drama about first loves, family, friendship and forgiveness. It will make you laugh. It will make you cry. It will make you want to text that one ex... Yes. You know the one.

Confront your hot but toxic exes in spicy fully-voiced PSYCHODRAMA BATTLES. Reveal your messy break-ups through NARRATIVE COMBAT mechanics which put a new twist on the turn-based RPG. Taunt opponents to discover their emotional weaknesses, and exploit them! Enrage, shock and impress your exes, or flirt with them to throw them off…

Try to win your parents' approval and AVOID EMOTIONAL TRAPS in over-the-top cooking segments full of delicious South Asian recipes. Skate, grind and wall-run away your COMPLICATED FEELINGS. Find yourself as you return home to the small town of Timber Hills - full of gossiping aunties, parental expectations and the consequences of your past mistakes.

As JALA - choose to be a HEARTBREAKER, STAR or BOHEMIAN - your THIRSTSONA affects your combat build and shapes narrative outcomes.

Each battle in Thirsty Suitors is a chance for growth and reconciliation - but how you get there? That's up to you.
