Cities: Skylines II - Creator Pack: Modern Suburbs

'Modern Suburbs' by 'Trist1322' is a Creator Pack that introduces contemporary low-rise residential buildings: mixed-use structures and row homes designed to slot naturally into any city, whether you're creating a neighbourhood from scratch or adding variety to one that's already taken shape.

Each building is crafted to work as a standalone development or as infill alongside existing European and North American row zones, or nestled amongst your higher-density inner-city downtown areas. For you who care about how your city looks and feels at street level, 'Modern Suburbs' brings the kind of layered, realistic variety that makes a city look like it grew over time.

Included in 'Modern Suburbs’ by 'Trist1322':

New Low-Density Row Housing Zone:

These contemporary-styled row houses are the first low-density, single-household buildings offering new options for low-density living in your city. 5 growable levels are included across all lot sizes, telling a story as each household makes improvements to their homes over time. Modern designs combined with interesting materials make this zone perfect for that contemporary inner-city suburban lifestyle.

New Low-Density Mixed Row Housing Zone:

This second new zone continues the dream of modern suburbia where a single household can comfortably live in the hustle and bustle above a streetfront commercial store. All 5 growable levels contribute to the flavor this zone adds to your city, each level representing a flourishing backbone to your newest suburb.
