This is the free demo of Broadband Architect. It is the real game on a smaller map: three real Gloucestershire towns — Bishops Cleeve with Woodmancote, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury — with every system switched on and no time limit.

• A guided opening: Ray, the Old Hand, walks you from your first trench to your first paying customers.

• Dig a town, light it, keep it standing through the evening peak — then connect the next one across the country board.

• No session clock. The demo ends where its map does; play for as long as you like.

• Saves work inside the demo. They are not promised to carry over into the full game.
